PUBLIC MASSES RESUMED JUNE 6 & 7
with consideration for the guidelines provided by the Diocese of Lansing.
https://www.dioceseoflansing.org/news/watch-bishop-boyeas-welcome-back-mass-video
All weekend Masses will be held indoors in the Family Center until further notice as this will allow for greater seating capacity and safe distancing.
Welcome Home!

Please be sure to wash your hands before leaving home. We ask that you wear a mask for the entirety of Mass and bring hand sanitizer to use before coming to receive communion.  We will have the Family Center doors open so you can enter touch free.  Upon arrival, you will select a seat that allows for your safety and comfort.

As we gather for public Masses again, let us remember to be patient and kind.  There are many viewpoints on guidelines and restrictions and none of us know the health history or family history that affect the choices others make.  While we are a parish family, we need to be mindful in these weeks ahead to keep physical distance between households before, during and after Mass, even when our inclination is to approach with a hug or a handshake.  The safety precautions we will follow are meant to minimize airborne spread and allow for safe public worship. Please be prudent and respectful as we learn together to gather and depart safely as the Body of Christ.

Bishop Boyea has extended the dispensation of Sunday obligation through February 16, 2021 to allow for the most prudent decisions to be made regarding Mass attendance.  Please stay home if you or any of your family members are ill or immunocompromised.

All are encouraged to make a daily

Spiritual Communion by praying:
My Jesus, I believe that you are present
in the Most Holy Sacrament.

I love you above all things and I desire
to receive you in my soul.

Since I cannot at this moment receive you sacramentally,
Come at least spiritually into my heart.
I embrace you as if you were already there
And unite myself wholly to you.
Never permit me to be separated from you.
Amen.
